Maya is an AI-powered SMS agent that helps HVAC and home service businesses qualify inbound leads and book appointments through automated text message conversations. The Service includes:

  • Automated SMS responses to inbound text messages
  • Lead qualification through conversational SMS
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar integration
  • Dispatch notifications and booking confirmations

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By texting the keyword "QUOTE" (or any designated keyword) to our SMS number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Maya. By using this Service:

  • You understand that message frequency varies based on the booking conversation (typically 3-6 messages per interaction).
  • You understand that message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • You may request help at any time by replying HELP or contacting .
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during SMS interactions
  • Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or attempt to overwhelm the Service
  • Not impersonate another person or business

5. Service Provider Terms (For Businesses Using Maya)

If you are a business subscribing to the Maya service:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your service area, job types, and scheduling availability.
  • You agree to honor appointments booked through Maya in good faith.
  • You agree to respond to escalated leads in a timely manner.
  • Setup fees and monthly subscription fees are outlined during the onboarding process and are non-refundable once the service is activated.

6. No Third-Party Marketing

We do not engage in affiliate marketing, lead generation for third parties, or resale of consumer data. Maya operates as a direct service between HeatBooker and our subscribing businesses. Consumer contact information collected through SMS interactions is used solely to facilitate the requested booking and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Maya service, including its name, branding, website content, and AI technology, is the property of HeatBooker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Every lead will result in a booked appointment
  • SMS messages will be delivered without delay (carrier routing may vary)
  • AI-generated responses will be accurate in every situation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeatBooker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or communication failures.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by opting out of SMS messages (reply STOP) or by contacting us to cancel your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
